Personal data

By filling out this information and submitting it, the visitor agrees to subscribe to our newsletter becoming a member. Ahoy Yachting e.U. will use depending of the case, the recommended Charter Agreement recognized by the Charter Industry as applicable. 
This agreement takes place between the charterer and the yacht owner or operator.
Please take the time to read the terms stated in this contract as it is important for you to understand the contractual relationship to the yacht owner or operator and the services we provide to you before accepting the agreement. 
Acting as your agent, we are here to assist finding you the relevant yachts and supporting you with the proper development of contractual formalities.
